I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Graphic Design graduate with working knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Quark, Dreamweaver, and Flash. I have experience in Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, 3D Studio Max, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Painter. I have knowledge of both the Macintosh and Windows platforms. I am also proficient and comfortable in traditional art creation media.

I have worked on various freelance projects for businesses, bands, and publications. I have designed websites, brochures, flyers, posters, logos, and identity packages.
2002-2004 Magazine Specialist, Books-A-Million, Inc
I was responsible for sorting and debiting store inventory. I received and sorted store shipment and was responsible for magazine upkeep and stock.
2000-2001 Graphic Designer, Raytheon Interactive Technologies
I worked in close collaboration with a team to convert hardcopy training curriculum for GM Motors and the US Navy into interactive, browser-based courseware.
1998-2000 Production Manager, The Corsair
I worked as Production Manager for the PJC newspaper produced every two weeks. I redesigned the paper and was responsible for layout, ad design, spot illustrations, and printer compatibility.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT
I have received Academic Honors, been awarded membership into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, accepted to the Dean’s List for each semester at FSU, accepted into the limited access BFA program for my major, and graduated with the Magna Cum distinction and a GPA of 3.8.

AWARDS
I was chosen to receive the Randy Kidd Memorial Scholarship at PJC by the faculty of the Visual Arts Department. I have also received several Honorable Mention awards in the annual student exhibition show. I received first place in Humor Writing from the FCCAA, a statewide newspaper competition for a piece I did for the Corsair.
